Problems

·         Total Supply – understanding

Suggestions

·         After >Submit – expectation to show confirmation success page with token’s info and address, or to take you to section with all your tokens.

·         Error message showing what symbols are taken

Launch/create “Create Launchpad”

Problems

·         Difference between “create launchpad” vs” create fairlaunch”

·         Step 1. Users reported confusion about where to get their token address

·         Difference between “Contract ID” vs “Token Address”

·         Where do I choose the blockchain?

·         All Steps. Submit and Start Over buttons are not consistent size (Alex)

·         Step 2. Majority of users had no idea what to put in Step 2. “I don’t know what you’re asking for”  “I’m confused”

·         Step 3. Some users reported being unsure if they should continue if they did not have socials ready. “Are these optional?”

·         Step 3. 2 users reported not being sure about image hosting requirements for Logo URL

·         Step 4. 7/8 testers did not understand that they needed to type “I AGREE”

Suggestions

·         Step 1. Expectation that token address would have a drop down contextual menu available from the token address field to choose from tokens you have minted on the system.

·         All Steps. Helper text in field (Alex)

·         Step 3. Post image dimension requirements and file type

·         Step 3. Dislike Discord. Add twitter.

·         Include a “what you need to get started” check list prior to Step 1 so people have a chance to get the socials before starting this process and potentially abandoning at Step 2.

·         Step 4. Include liability agreement releasing Vaultsale from liability.

·         Step 4. Be able to edit any information above without having to start over completely.

·         Use full name “Liquidity Locker” as opposed to “Locker”

·         Last step after confirmation should be a “Launch” step (Alex)

Positive Feedback

·         Step 3 received a positive response about the ability to add socials

Lock/create “Lock Token/LP”

Problems

·         What is the unit for “amount”? Is it monetary or token units?

·         Amount of number of tokens to be locked out of my initial supply?

·         Calendar colors not on brand (Alex)

Suggestions

·         A blanket option to lock based on a number of days, as opposed to choosing a different date. (30 days, 60 days, 90 days) etc.

·         Suggested Locking percentage
